Your selling can still continue. Appointments can still be scheduled. Our availability will depend on the status of your respective location (GCQ or MECQ areas only) and your home owners association or district rules on visitors.
Pls. also note that it is paramount to disclose any directly or indirectly related statuses to Covid-19 (PUM, PUI, Recovered) in your household.
Q2: What is our safety procedures and measures in order to keep you and us safe from Covid-19 infection during an appointment?
ANSWER:
Sellers are required to wear masks, and we will be also wearing personal protective equipment such as: masks, gloves, face shields and shoe gloves before entering your premises.
Social Distancing will be observed during the appointment process.
Hands will also be sanitized before and after the appointment process.
Armed with an electronic Temperature checker, our temperature result will be shown before we enter your premises.
Spray Disinfectants will also be used as a standard procedure to santize the items acquired.
Payment and documents will be placed in an envelope and will be sanitized onsite using a UV sterilizer or sent via Online Bank Transfer.
